Healthcare is an emotive issue. It is statistically complex, it risks lives, and costs vast sums of money, so arguing about it will not lead to agreement.
Land rent solves the problem by allowing each person to choose their own form of government. So we will each have the system we want. Also we can watch other systems without risk, and see what actually works.
