Why did it take so long to find bin Laden? Anti American feeling. The Afghan people would not cooperate, and the Pakistanis would not cooperate. It's the same anti American feeling that caused 9/11. According to surveys, the number one reason seems to be wars.
Land rent provides a way to change the world through agreements, not war. By removing this main cause of hatred, land rent would have made bin Laden easier to catch.
