Land rent is the answer to the global recession

The global recession was triggered by the collapse of sub prime loans in 2007: banks loaned too much because they expected land values would always go up.

This cannot happen with land rent. If the owner pays rent on land then he only buys land for productive use, never for speculation.

And once in a recession we need rapid economic growth. Land rent provides that.
